Floral Fever – Last month, sportswear giant Nike unveiled its latest TeamUp with iconic UK London store Liberty, and now another institution has received a makeover shoes floral with the London Freedom for Dr. Martens collection being revealed.
Freedom and Dr. Martens sees two prints together, Strawberry and Flower Thief Martens, adorning the traditional eight holes and three hole Dr. Martens boots and shoes, with styles launch May 1.
Liberty famous floral motifs presented on shoes, including labels Repetto in the past, and for Spring 2012 Nike unveiled its Cortez, One Air Max Nike Free 5.0 and dressed styles in prints the most emblematic of freedom.
Floral print ad is the most common this season, after colorful flowers decorated creations for Spring / Summer 2012 footwear, including Christopher Kane and Louis Vuitton. Meanwhile, another British label famed for its floral, Laura Ashley, has teamed up with high street store Uniqlo for a spring 2012 collection including floral prints, T-shirts, stoles, and robes.
